Urban Creamery in Downtown St Petersburg

Published on 03/19/21: Colt’s favorite way to support local is through eating at the local ice cream shops. Are you willing to join him on this important mission? He’s only 5, he can only eat so much!

Here’s your first stop, locally owned & operated Urban Creamery in downtown St Pete! Other than the sprinkles, everything in the shop is handmade! This includes the ice cream, whipped cream, desert waffles, waffle cones, you name it! The owner, Andy Salyards, works hard to also include vegan, dairy-free, and Gluten friendly options.

One of Andy’s objectives has been to “construct balanced and creative dessert combinations”. That being said, you can’t go wrong in joining Colt’s mission. I mean we’re talking homemade sundaes, desert waffles, and milkshakes. Need we say more!? Simply stop in for a homemade treat and help Colt support local. 🍦
